🕐 When does my purchase arrive?

Coins and other store items are delivered automatically while you are online on the server. If you bought something while offline, it's delivered within a minute of your next login. You'll see a chat message like ⛃ +500 Coins when it lands — check your balance any time with /coins.

📦 My purchase didn't arrive

1. Make sure you're logged in with the exact username you entered at checkout — deliveries go to that name.
2. Bedrock / console players: your in-game name starts with a dot (e.g. .YourName) — include the dot at checkout.
3. Relog once and wait a few minutes.
4. Still nothing? Open a Discord ticket with your order ID (from your PayNow receipt email) and your in-game name — we'll re-deliver or refund.

💸 Refunds

Store items are virtual goods delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. That said, we're reasonable: contact us within 48 hours for accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or anything that never arrived, and we'll sort it out.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge — chargebacks filed without contacting support first result in removal of the purchased items and a store ban.

🧾 Payments & billing

Payments are processed securely by PayNow.gg — we never see your card details. Your receipt email comes from PayNow and contains the order ID you'll need for any support request.

🎮 Server issues

Can't connect, lost items to a bug, hit a cheater, or got eliminated unfairly? Post in the Discord support channel with your in-game name and roughly when it happened — staff can review logs and rollbacks.
